Maxine is a successful IT consultant in hardware, software and services with many years expertise working with public, private and third sector organizations. Directly working with clients on a multitude of IT related projects, from initial project briefing all the way through to project completion, Maxine’s goals were to uphold excellent client relationships and project deliverables at every stage. More than fifteen years ago, Maxine started developing relationships within the charity and not-for-profit sector.
Over the last few years Maxine has diversified into all aspects of marketing communications from web design and development to design for print, branding and identity to advertising and marketing campaigns. Energized by her enthusiasm for the voluntary and community sector, Maxine was a key stakeholder in the creation of Dragon Tree in 2008.
At Dragon Tree Maxine has been working on client database management, building corporate relationships on behalf of public sector clients, creating event-specific marketing and event management, website design, build, creation, and search engine optimisation amongst many other activities.
In her spare time Maxine regularly volunteers with a number of community organizations including Ashby Arts Festival, Ticknall Gardening Club, Focus Support Group. She is also involved with fund-raising activities for the Maggies Centre in Nottingham and Macmillan and Marie Curie coffee mornings. After all this, Maxine loves to walk her dogs, grow her own vegetables and is a new recruit to African Drumming.
